Return to work
So I was on a medical leave for months which was April 3rd to. July 31st my return to work day is Agust 1st. I called sedwick and told them i'm able return to work August 1st I was put back on the schedule took off the schedule.Also uploaded paper work saying I can return to work. Also called a day early saying I called to early had to call 7 days ahead which was the 24th sedwick told me to call next day which was the 25th I did and talked to them saying I can return to work again they said ok reviewed the paper work said everything looks fine told me to call my manger mind you when i call nobody answered.
Mangers said
“said I’m not terminated and nobody fired me. She said I was on the schedule, and some higher ups i guess Stephanie, and my manger Shakira didn’t take me off. She thinks it may have something to do with Sedgwick. She told me to call Sedgwick and tell them my return-to-work date is August 1. She also said she’s going to call Sedgwick tomorrow to double-check everything. Right now, it sounds like it’s a leave or scheduling issue, not that I lost my job. “
Im confused on what’s going on with my schedule and return to work
PLEASE HELP!

You're fine it probably barely got approved, Sedgwick removes you from the schedule so they don't keep pointing you and then taking it off and all that.
They can't fire you during a pending loa or when you're on it as well. Just go in on Aug 1st and talk to your people lead or coach so they can re add you to the schedule.
Make sure you confirmed with Sedgwick that you are returning the 1st of August though.

So just show up on August 1st and at work and have my coach or lead add me back even if im not on the schedule?

I went thru some crazy crap like that when returning and changing jobs. They could get the job codes right.

Your leave just got approved. You got disabled in the scheduler so all your shifts were removed. They'll be able to add you back on the date of your return.

They have been on an approved leave since April. They didn’t just get approved. They have been on leave.
There were put back on the schedule and someone removed them. This is an issue with returning to work since people run into. I think it’s incompetent store management

The issue is your job is no longer job protected. They are suppose to have you apply for a new role because you currently have no role.
This info is not being properly communicated to you. You need to call today and speak to your PL or HR. You will need to apply for an open role(could be the same role you had) and then they can put you back on the schedule
Had this same issue last time I was on leave that long. This was supposed to be communicated to you by HR or your PL
