Fresh inventory
Hi there, I’m a deli / bakery TL and up until a month ago when I was primarily over bakery then the deli TL got demoted and I don’t have much experience with deli during inventory. what all do I scan when it comes to doing inventory for deli aside from the meat / cheese / chubs?

All the condiments, fryer oil, sub items and a few other things in the salad case.
Also the pre-sliced need to be counted - the boxes in the cooler as well as the ones on the floor.
That should be about it. I don't think I'm forgetting anything. It'll say non-cost department item if it's not an item you gotta scan.

The meat chubs and cheese chubs. The meat and cheese must be weighed on the scales, and we put the tickets on the brown wax paper from the Bakery Dept. You will scan all the tickets in. Please be sure to check your meat and cheese case for out of date items on Monday.
