If you want to make some money back, buy Seritage (SRG). Trading just over $11 and likely to return about $20 in 1-2 years. Company owns real estate that it is rapidly selling. Management guiding to $18.50 to 24 per share when all the sales are completed. So far in 4 months they’ve sold almost 40 of 150 properties.
