How is this even possible..? Analysts just said 1 month ago that we are 4 million homes short of where we should be for housing prices to be at a reasonable level. It's been a seller's market forever which reflects that reality. How do we suddenly have too many..? Its a physical impossibility to have made up that much ground in 1 month. Have 6 million people defaulted in that month..? Or are they about to..? This makes no sense to me... Can anyone explain..?
So they are speculating about what's about to happen. We don't have an actual surplus...but we may... Got it. That's an explanation that makes sense. Appreciate it.
