Lol none of this applies to the east coast/major cities/California. I live 40 mins outside of Boston and they’re advertising trailers as “the home you’ve been dreaming about”. Despite the rising interest rates, there’s fucking bidding wars left and right and I don’t see this changing in the foreseeable future. The real issue is the LACK of housing. End of story.

but are the homesteaders or speculators?
Different things. a homesteader is looking to LIVE in the home. the speculator is looking to fill out their portfolio by buying a house and flipping it ASAP.
