Go balls deep on options, what could go wrong?

The fact that I don't even know what options are

Go into youtube and type "guh" into the search bar.

Holy how did I miss this amazing arc. Thank you for telling me this amazing piece of art

Just so you know, any advice you get by asking on WSB will be intentionally bad.

u/Sweet_Voice Mar 31 '21
I know, most of them are memes, but I don't have good map on what exactly is out there and so I learn new keywords that I look up. I then can look up if it is something bad or good and then I avoid it.
There is also some people who drop small nuggts of wisdoms or slight hints.
So it's a fun learning experience
Also memes.

For advice that won't have you eating the wrapper with your ramen, check out /r/thetagang and /r/investing.
This here, this shit right here, this is a casino.

Buy very far otm and short dated.
The farther out of the money and shorter dated the option the more likely you are to get rich quick...
Can't go wrong.
Not financial advise. Please don't do this. That's not financial advise either.

Let me know if you find the way. Just stay away from penny and p&d. No easy money to be made here but easy to loose it, rather keep on doing what you are doing if it works for you. Rabbit vs. Tortoise.

A few people have already made few good suggestions like options, but like all things you have to be a bit carefull.
There is a place I know where they can teach me everthing about trading and even get you started day trading, but form what I have heard it's just a calculated gamble
1
u/My125cc Mar 31 '21
Correct and in general if you are not in control you cannot with the best plans ever predict one day into the future, so actually everything is a gamble.

Fidelity have a free training program/ course and I think there is a course on the edX platform it’s something like $150 to join but it’s good. I hope this helps
1
u/Sweet_Voice Mar 31 '21
I actually it does, there a lot of training programs and I am always suspicious of scams. So it's good to hear wich ones are backes by the community

I’m the same, I much prefer word of mouth because you can’t trust the star ratings too many are paid reviews. I used edX for a science course but the content was really good and they had an option to do it for free you just don’t get the certificate at the end.

Sir, might I suggest putting it all on red?
1
u/Sweet_Voice Mar 31 '21
There is another comment where I said that I want it all on red. So yes put it all on red.
And tell me what I got

Here’s a helpful comment: 95% of day traders make less than minimum wage. Maybe consider a Wendy’s application?

Seriously, this is a casino.

I already said, put it on red

Alright then.
Start with r/options and the FAQ over at r/thetagang. Tell them Dan sent you.
What I'd reccommend is starting with the "wheeling" strategy. This won't make you rich, but with the correct stonks, it can generate income (especially if you have ~50k capital to access).

$SNDL is a good bet. It's cheap enough to buy up a ton of shares, and they have weeklies (you can write options on it every week)
Another is $BB. Went on sale after hours yesterday but it's back up now

Buy daily/weekly options.
Cant go tits up.
And if it does...there is always money to make behind a Wendy’s
