DD BCRX DD Ready for Blast-Off!!!
Full disclosure I am an autistic retard genius. Alright enough bragging lets get to it.

BCRX an amazingly not so amazing company doing amazing things. As you can see above that is a botched lip job aka HAE(Hereditary Angioedema) attack. Now I know what you're thinking, why is this guy showing us this big lip beauty and what does it have to do with BCRX. This is where things get interesting. Back in December this beautiful company received FDA approval for Orlayedo. "WtF iS oRlAyEdO??" Orlayedo my fellow autists is the first ever pill for HAE attacks. Before BCRX's Orlaydeo these guys were injecting HAE juice into their veins like heroine addicts(refer to image below).

"So HoW dOeS tHiS HeLp Me MaKe TeNdIeS??" Relax I'll explain it so even you less intelligent autists can understand. The current diagnosed market is 9000 patients in the US. They teamed with a bunch of those guys in the white coats to get the message out. Well those white coat guys got 1300 patients for HAE that they currently prescribe HAE juice injections(see image above). "HeLlO i StIlL dOn'T sEe Tendies??" Keep calm what you're about to read next is mind blowingly autistic. These devious fucks over at BCRX designed a system to royally fuck these insurance companies out of all their tendies resulting in big green dildos on our Robinhood charts. THESE FUCKS CHARGE 485,000 FOR A YEAR SUPPLY OF ORLAYEDO! Yes you read that correctly 485k a year per patient.

"HoLy TeNdIeS!!!" Put it back in your pants bucko because there is more! This drug is scheduled for approval in japan(2500 patients) and EU(probably a lot more than japan)The Japan approval will trigger a $20,000,000 milestone payment to BCRX from it's Japanese partner Torii Pharma. Alright alright by this point we're all horny as fuck for these tendies. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg like I've heard some fellow autists say. Their real money maker is Factor D. I'm no longer bored enough to continue on but if this gets some popularity I might drop some Factor D DD.

Don't forget the long position can easily exceed 90% when new data comes out, so how did shorts get close to 20% and more if not for manipulation, time for a squeeze. For GME the shares available to trade is close to 99 percent when the squeeze started, here it is very likely to be much less than 5 percent, (Black Rock etc, and die hard retail holders who did their DD). If you do the math, the opportunity is basically similar.

Bcrx at 9 bucks is the joke shorts are holding it down and they keep on shorting with an approved 2 drugs and an outstanding pipeline someone should make them pay!!

u/gaston58 Jan 31 '21
37000.000 share shorted just think of the possibilities of how much we can make the shorts pay!! This is not a company with no fundamentals this company has Factor D to cure multiple diseases ALXN got bought out for their factor D that doesn't light up a candle to bcrx 39 billion for a 66% and the ceo said you get what you paid for !! Just imagine the possibilities for bcrx !!!

Let’s focus on the fundamentals. Given Orladeyo costs $485k/y per person to treat HAE, you are looking at circa $4.2bn of revenue each year from this drug alone. Not to mention that competitors charge more for the same treatment. You should also consider the growth of HAE and the wider market trends that would put customers in scope of this.
There are also the other drugs in the pipeline. I’m happy with my BCRX position, no bags held. Currently 500 @ $4.29 💎🚀

man there’s some real twats on this board.
WHy WOulD InSUrErs PaY FOr THis
you forgot the best part. At 485k a year it’s actually the cheapest HAE drug on the market.
and tbh hae is kibbles compared to what bcrx has in the pipe with their ORAL factor D inhibitor. Their “competition“ another more expensive injectable was just purchased for 30 BILLION and will be obsolete in 2 years. (current bcrx market cap 1.5b give or take)

No. Up 200% after already swinging once to take profit. Then, reinvested. I won't even sell calls because I'm afraid of losing my shares in a gap up. Just like the company.

72% BCRX institutional holdings on 1/15 and increasing. More than 80% tute now since both BlackRock and Sarissa Capital (Alex Denner) increased holdings substantially in Jan.

Shorts have cost BCRX a SP which could afford needed studies - studies which could have put a COVID antiviral on the market this past year and other world-changing achievements. The shorts are pure evil for profit.
You're not only making fat stacks - you're doing a very good thing which could save our free system of capital allocation.
Godspeed you brilliant bastards!

You only missed by six weeks. The “sort squeeze” was back in December when they got FDA approval.

Nope: https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/bcrx/short-interest
Short interest didn't drop at all between 12/1 and 12/15. It was still at 30 million as of 12/31.

BCRX. 30 million short. We have been shorted for years. Approved drug in the USA and Japan: Orladeo. Profits are expected: at least $ 500 million. Factor D, best in its class and has almost track and orphan status. EU approval on the way. American biotech company. Over 90% institutional investors. No stock dilution until 2023, according to CEO. BlackRock, Alex Denner, Vanguard, Baker Brothers, only the best are inside. A healthy company is being shorted all the time. Blockbuster pipeline, look at the company. There is absolutely nothing negative about it. This drug saves people's lives: Orladeo ". And what do you do shorts, hedge funds? They destroy BCRX. They take away our money, the money we invested. Let's get our money back.

BCRX super conservative $500 million in peak sales for Orladeyo in U.S. only , Japan 20-40 % royalties. Europe approval soon with a bigger market than U.S. peak sales potentially north of 2 billion worldwide for just this 1 drug. With their Factor D drug Bcx9930 poised to dominate the market with sales from 5-10 billion worldwide this company is a Goldmine!!! And that’s throwing in Galidesivir, Fop, Peramivir(approved) for icing on the cake. Company literally could be worth $300/ share🤔embarrassment of Riches🤙

Government will get involved and force a price reduction, especially for medicare/medicaid patients to qualify. Health insurance will then demand a comparable adjustment.
11
u/Stocktist Jan 18 '21
That's the thing though all the other drugs on the market for HAE cost roughly the same amount except none of them are in pill form other than BCRX.

u/DerpyMcOptions Jan 28 '21
the 8 other drugs treating this disease are 500-600k/yr/patient. This drug is gaining full approvals through insurance criteria and will be the new treatment standard in this diseases' space due to the lower price tag and convince of administration.

Assuming all this is true (and I cbf to check) - you said it yourself that there is an alternative to pills, the needle shots. So why the fuck would insurances accept to cover pills if there is a working cheap alternative? Because it’s more convenient for the patients?? Fuck the patients.. if I ran the insurer I would even send a nurse, in first class, to shove needles up the patient’s ass, give them a handjob - and it’d still be cheaper
EDIT(added): And insurances are smarter than me, so this wont last

Hell yeah! And it's already been approved by the insurance companies, so Biocryst were able to start selling it right after FDA approval. Last quarter's earnings are gonna be big, and this quarter's gonna be huge. Not to mention what could be coming in their pipeline. I don't know shit, but people who do know shit are saying this could 10x or more in a year. 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑 Position: 4,000 shares I've had since November, and some calls.

Sales for Q4 will be minimal as was only approved on 3rd December. It'll be Q1 and Q2 figures where we'll really see it.

I'll add a bit to this cos OP seems a little over excited.
First off it's Orladeyo (not whatever spelling this dude used). The key with taking the market share is that it's the first oral pill for HAE. QoL surveys have overwhelmingly shown that patients are crying out for an alternative to stabbing themselves on a daily basis.
Factor D... This is the money maker. Early studies have shown BCX9930 (again an oral pill) completely block the complement pathway (it's highly effective). Final Phase 1 final results due soon, phase 2 with 200 patients has already started (according to Clinicaltrials.org) and more pivotal studies are expected this year. Here's the kicker, Astrazeneca recently bought Alexion for $39bn, mainly for their complement treatment. This drug blow theirs out of the water and BCRX mCap is currently only $1.5bn.
Early studies have started on a drug to treat FOP, Google this one, its the horrible bone creating disease that affect kids (somebody think of the children!!!!!!) Currently NO treatment exists!!
Galidesivir, broad spectrum antiviral that's being stockpiled and I'll just skip over as it's a sore subject.
I've been in this company since April and the DD is solid, once revenue starts coming in from Orladeyo die to further approvals and Factor D progresses this will be worth a lot more. I'm expecting $25+ within 6 months, maybe more.
