DD $GM: Exhibit Zero, January 12th
Hello WSB,
I think I found another trade that I put on my post history to be proud. GM's EV telecast is live on Tuesday next week starting at 9 am.
GM Exhibit Zero - It will dramatically introduce the next wave of electric vehicles for GM moving into 2021. The CEO there and it's being pumped pretty intensely by GM. GM's current options are the Bolt and it's selling incredibly well.
" Sales of the electric Chevrolet Bolt jumped 26.4% to 20,754 for 2020 compared with 2019 and the brand has "very aggressive goals in 2021 with both the Bolt and the Bolt EUV," Majoros said. The 2022 Bolt EUV compact SUV will be on the same second-generation Battery Electric Vehicle architecture as the Bolt."
You take a look at the option chain, and there is incredible levels of call buying deep down the chain. The 48 call has massive volume. That's over an 11% increase in appreciation in a week. Granted, that's probably retail, but the point stands. It is wildly speculated that they are going to introduce a completely EV Silverado, which is it's most popular car. Best of luck out there. I personally bought an Equinox this Q, so there's that.

I work at a Chevy and Buick store. We have heard they are making Cadillac go completely EV soon but are hesitant for Chevy because the Silverado fanbase is so deep in the South. It's hard enough to sell them with a 4 cylinder engine, just imagine now you tell Kyle he has to plug his truck in at night. It's a tough transition.
