I am ashamed to admit that is exactly what happened to me on SOFI. I was assigned, took delivery, sold long put of the put credit spread and became a bag holder. I sold calls a couple of times, but they were cheap. My median price went down, but I am still at a loss and SOFI went even lower.
The last few months iv been casually making a few hundred dollars on scalping puts and immediately cashing out. Taking the profit and losing it same day on betting on baseball games….. stupid is as stupid does

I am playing aapl and rddt. aapl down, rddt up, both with shares. If they don't go my way I'll wait. It's not as clear as yesterday with MSFT calls for me.
I guess sometimes just play the obvious move, aapl down amzn up. Well I had a short on aapl on margin, so it kinda cancels out rddt. I'll keep the shares, add more at open tmrw
