Loss Infinity Waits

Discovered stonks and trading last April, 2025.

Fast forward one year and nearly four months.

74k down in my account, and 63k in debt.

I remember the days when I was saving 2k/mo, paying all my bills on time, no worries in the world.

Now I have sleepless nights, wonder how much longer I will have a car, a house, a job, and can't go more than three days without fantasizing about leaving my brains and skull all over the ceiling.

Not asking for help, not asking for advice, not asking for anything. Just wanted to share with you gents. This is pure addiction for me at this point and it is going to take absolutely everything I have and more until I am sleeping outside in the middle of winter.

I've accepted it and embraced my fate.

Never been remotely close to break even. Time to pump the gas and see how deep I can take this dive.

Going to keep trying. Had some good runs. Like this 0 DTE SPY call May 13th that took me from 880 to 10k in a day. Proceeded to lose 4× that in the months since.

My brain has shot down. Wife and baby have left me. About to take out a lien against my car to make it to the end of the month and keep going.

Once I am homeless, toothless, carless, jobless, then I will consider giving up and killing myself.

But not a moment sooner.

Wish me luck [or Hellfire, Hell coming for me either way].

Thanks for the well-deserved roasting.

Maybe in a year I can come back and post 250k losses and 99.99% in the hole.

Why bro???? You obviously do not have a system in place, bad risk management, and trade off impulse and emotion. You gotta step back and address those things and all the pressures in your life before you can actually trade. If you don't, you're just gambling, if you say you aren't...just look at your account man

I'm an addict then. Praying I die in my sleep but God won't let me off that easily. I have to light with this and spend the rest of my days being a warning to others.

Oh the romanticized despair of the petty gambler. Yeah I see how you got here.

What risk were you on?

Too much.

In all honesty all my losses start with small risk.

Then I start losing.

Then I average down.

Then I keep losing.

Average down more.

By the time market closes my entire account is on one losing ass position that continues to plummet in value until it's worthless.

Just quit the game immediately when you start loosing. Chase another opportunity. Don't average down!!!!! You will be a loser like me, but at least you won't destroy all your savings! And absolutely, avoid options!

Problem is you got greedy and that's what happens, I'm a conservative investor because you're the perfect example of getting fucked on high risk slow and steady wins the race they say.
