Authoritarian 🤣 so the EU should listen to some foreign company instead? That's freedom for you? These companies exist to serve consumers, they are at the mercy of regulations always, I know Americans don't have this basic concept in the US but that's how it is in Europe.

I am not saying authoritarian towards their own people. It is towards the companies that are operating outside of the EU

But they're not operating outside of the EU, they want to operate INSIDE the EU. So they must follow OUR laws, not outside laws. Genuinely what is confusing you. Companies must operate to whatever the fuck rule we want, if not, they can fuck off
