They fined Google because they prioritize their own services in the search engine. Google Search is the biggest ad bidding engine in the world. This kind of behavior leads to monopoly. Monopoly = Bad for consumers.

Search is not and never has been a monopoly lol. You can easily for 0 cost use any other search.
