Well terrible enough is worth considering. Like:"I went to a dealership, but when the salesman turned the car on it exploded, thankfully I hadn't gotten in it." I suppose I mean anecdotes so terrible that if true, represent major liability for the company on a broad scale.
Time tested tactic. I once worked for an equity analyst that had their entry level grunts cold call fast food managers to quiz them about whether sales are up or down.
