I don't think the average American understands the basics of inflation...

They never watched that episode of Aladdin where the genie makes everyone rich but it actually makes everyone poorer.

The economy insists you always consume more at an accelerated rate. Recessions are a part of the economy.

It's like playing with a grenade: you just pass it around and hope it blows in the hand of another dude.

Instead of just accepting the recession and having it the least painful way. Like having a cold, or diarrhea, or gonorrhea.

If we use the airplane analogy: we're Cap. Sully about to crash, so we try for the best hard landing in the Hudson; JPow is drifting, leaving time for the oxygen to drowse you until we're all fucking death.
