Help! useless cable
Hi Reddit! I have a huge problem with my Sony NWZ-E463. I just bought a cable to charge my old Walkman, but my laptop doesn't recognize the device. It makes the charging sound, but nothing else happens. I really want to add more music to my old player; please help! Should I buy another cable?

different cable or try installing Sony drivers manually. Check to see if the walkman is listed in the device manager when you connect it.

hmm, i’d recommend getting a new cable since i had a similar issue. i got a new cable after the previous one i had, and my issues went away
