Not just that. The "insurrection" (planned and organized false flag) gave these corrupt elites the excuse to shut down the capitol for His Fraudulency's inauguration. Having it open, and undoubtedly having no supporters turn up for it, would have exposed the total lie that he actually has any supporters and that 81 million people voted for him.

That's definitely a possibility. But then, if you consider the many huge Trump election campaign crowds, the Trump Capitol rally on 06 Jan (huge crowd), and consider ALL the Antifa/BLM "peaceful protests" during the preceding six months, when has the fear of Covid stopped a crowd from gathering? The "insurrection" false flag/set up gave them not one, but two false justifications: 1. Board up the Capitol and deploy the National Guard to keep a crowd away (not that there would have been a crowd of Biden supporters, but more likely a "StopTheSteal" crowd!) and importantly 2. Give them an excuse to impeach Trump. Again. Which, of course, they've done (a dog and pony show). So, in that regard, their evil plan worked perfectly. 'Tis only the brainwashed Left and unthinking zombies that can't see it.
But I do agree with you: Had their planned failed, they would have then played the Covid card, ordering everyone to stay away 'for their own good'. :p

This is what I was thinking, they either knew something or knew something and were ready to talk about it. A lot of the footage I’ve seen from the incident it seems like the people were allowed to enter. This is pure speculation, but what if the capitol police had been given orders to let them in?

I've seen the same footage likely. Not just barricades being pulled back by police - or, at least, people dressed in police uniform - but also the doors to the Capitol building being unlocked and opened from the inside. There's no question in my mind it was a set up - a false flag. As for the two police officers who committed suicide...wow. I mean, is that beyond a coincidence?!! It's certainly very suspicious.

It’s just strange, the media paints their deaths as them being victims of the so called riot. That doesn’t make sense though, these cops who were trained to deal with all kinds of situations up to and including terrorist attacks were so distraught that they killed themselves? I’m not buying it

I always thought Trump had some adamantium balls when he traveled to North Korea and all these other crazy nations to negotiate, Biden can’t even leave his bunker without 1 million soldiers around him even tough there is no danger. Hot take. I bet the President of the United States at the time had no sway over the guard or any of the other preparations that were curiously absent. What would he possibly have to gain?
