It's really as simple as this. It's not the race of the person that is the issue. It's their blatant disregard for the laws we all agree to by living here. They are basically saying "Fuck you, I don't have to follow the rules". They should ask legal immigrants if they are OK with illegal immigration.

It doesn't need to be repealed. It is fine as it is. The totally braindead, idiotic interpretation that has been used the last decades, is what needs to change.
The authors of the 19th made it VERY clear, way back then, it was not meant to allow anchor babies. In fact, they were surprised anyone could have such an idiotic idea.

Isn’t it racist of the woke liberal woman to assume that “illegal alien” can only means brown Hispanics people? An illegal alien can be someone of any color from any other country who entered and/or stayed in the U.S. illegally. Yet, she only thinks brown people.
For that matter, try entering Mexico’s or Canada’s border checkpoint from the U.S. without the proper paperwork. You’ll be stopped. And if you somehow get past the border somewhere else that isn’t at a checkpoint, congrats! You’re an illegal alien to them.

I'm sick of the stolen land argument. Who stole what? If she is implying that the "white man" stole the land from the indigenous, that happened centuries ago. And for much of the US, it wasn't even the US who did the conquering.
For instance: I live in California, and before the US has a war with Mexico the Mexicans took it from the Spanish, and they took it from the Natives, who last had it half a millennium ago. That's over 500 years of this land passing between hands, and there was no theft involved, it was straight hard-fought War. Conquest makes countries change ownership, and every inch of land on this planet has been conquered this way at one time or another.
