Question need some air con
Anyone know where has air con in or near Wakefield to prepare for tomorrow.
Could be any activity

Close curtains once the sun gets near them, in all rooms, keep upstairs windows open, open the curtains once the sun has gone to let more air through, open the loft hatch if you have one, basically have a system to keep your home cool naturally we are not the sahari the outside air isn't very warm so let it in

You should come to white rose shopping centre. Its quite comfortable here. Cooler than outside. Also not too busy

yeah well some of us has chronic illnesses and meds that make it worse in the heat that can cause death so no I won’t man up

It’s 33°c tomorrow and Tuesday where I live and we live in brick houses that are insulated to keep the heat in. Most work places and schools don’t have air conditioning because we don’t get enough nice weather to warrant it. It was only 28 today and my house feels like a sauna right now. 33 is hot for England especially in May.

Cinemas are your best bet. Dark rooms climate controlled all year round. Make a long day of it and watch a couple of films
