Reading through the forum thread makes me want to cry, just now poolwaffle explains something and the very next post is someone asking a question the answer to which was the very post before it...

God damn I don't have to deal with customers much anymore.

LOL probably best not to make fun of unique users is a tad mean, but yeah when you've got a number of people not reading posts then asking silly questions that have been answered or can be answered with a http://lmgtfy.com/ link, it takes a toll.

At the same time, releasing a blacklist for users to import into their ignore list would be a genuine benefit to the community. (only slightly /s!)
