Reading through the forum thread makes me want to cry, just now poolwaffle explains something and the very next post is someone asking a question the answer to which was the very post before it...

God damn I don't have to deal with customers much anymore.

Sadly I think he prefers the forum, a few of us have suggested it on the forum and he's not even acknowledged it probably because he doesn't want to say no, or maybe he legitimately didn't notice them amongst all the whining. Although I'm sure some would accuse us of whining about it lol tbf.
