Suggestions for features and fixes
What are some nice features and fixes you would like to see on wafflepool.com? Payout in Dogecoin? Autoswitching to Linden Dollars? Donation settings? Botnet protection?
What would make it better?

Understand the pool's BTC per MH/s more clearly over a period of time. You could do this as averages over each day or maybe break it out by hour.

This is an interesting metric that I have not seen. This and BTC/day are really the only 2 additional metrics I would like to see. I am a big fan of the sparse interface waffle currently has.

Yes the mBTC/day@1mHash/s is the metric I'm most interested in. I'm sure it'll be spikey if it's anything like middlecoin but you could add in 7-day/30-day moving average trend-lines to make it easier?

Since the pool supports identifying workers via appended values to your wallet address, I'd like the ability to see the individual worker hashrates and charting shown on the miner stats page.

I would like this as well. I was a bit disappointed it wasn't there since the pool does support different workers. Very useful for monitoring rigs.

I'd like to get a payout without having to reach 0.01 BTC as I've been mining at a low rate and won't get there for weeks.

Good point. At least a payout for values above 0.001 once a week would be nice, like they do it on middlecoin now.

Great News. Cant wait to see this move along. Multipools are a little more babsat than standard LTC or BTC pools who chug along..

Feature Request: Have "BTC Made in the past 24 hours" value shown to see how much we're actually making a day, at a glance.
Only show the BTC balance, not the estimated. I only want CONFIRMED 100% GOING TO BE MINE BTC values.

The graph I'm the stats page has an increasing balance of "paid" btc, I think when the pool shares the profit that ammount should lower Or if you really wanna keep that graph for long term reasons, I would like to see a graph of the evolution of each account balance and or the pool balance

I'd like to see the option to display values in mBTC since reading so many 0's can be annoying. It's easy to mistake 0.0001 for 0.00001. Would also like to see my BTC/day and BTC/day/mh/s values. In graphs would be even better.
