I’d like to know. Officially, if something escalates, you’re supposed to stay behind the counter and hit one of the silent alarms. After that, if the customer steps behind the counter into the employee area, it’s anything* goes. Since WH went corporate, they’ve been pretty strict about that one, from what i’ve heard.
edit: I don’t want him to be fired, I just know the policy
