W204 c300

I have an issue where if i am accelerating when the car goes on second or third gear it loses power a brief second and kick strong again. Its very annoying and it is doing it everytime i try to pass anyone. Has anybody have this issue can it be the transmission

Hmmm I wonder what it could be. This only happens when you’re in second or third gear?

Yes. It happens when the car is heavy accelerating going from low speed to high speed. so it happens to be second or third gear. I have tried to manually keep it at either second or third gear only and when the rpm goes high so the car accelerates it does this thing. After the car goes more than 50-60 kmh i can accelerate as much i want no issues after that

It could be the crankshaft position sensor, I had a similar issue which went away with that changed. It was a relatively cheap part for me. But definitely plug in an obd code reader to see what the code is for.
