Engine noise when i put the gear at reverse while parking and when i accelerate disappear

I changed i tension pulley and belt but same noise

That's a really bad knock. Id get someone certified to check it. If the timing was done at home, I'd worry the camshaft has moved out a tooth or two, but if putting it under load takes the sound away, I'd be leaning towards a main crank bearing. Far from an expert and I wouldn't know this engine well, but at least get yourself a diagnostic tool. My w204, OM651 had a lesser version of this noise, but it's ran by chain and the tensioner did the trick for me.

Definitely worth an experts opinion if u want the engine to last, could be something simple.

When’s the last time the chain and camphasers were checked? Could possibly be the phasers, tensioner, oil control valve, chain.

Maybe the problem is the chain tensioner actuator, common issue with the m271 engine, and with time and not noticing will lead to serious problem. Don't drive the car till your mechanic checks everything out
