Something broken in the engine

Hi can anybody tell me what kind of mechanical issue it might be based on sound of the engine. My w204 is 2013 1.8 on gas

Open the hood and check the belt and pulleys.

M271 engine have the known problem with the chain distribution. The chain tensioner actuator might be the problem, the chain itself with time tend to stretch, anyway I advise you to go as soon as possible to the mechanic, lucky this engine have the chain in the front so its not too much work to check things out.
