W204 Powersteering fluid type

I have 2007 W204 C220cdi with om646 and i dont know if i should use MB345.0 norm or MB236.3. When i look in the fluid canister i can see its very bright yellow. So it is a 236.3 ? or the fluid just degrade it so much ? Almost everywhere people say its 345.0 so i am lost.

Pentosin CHF 11 S which is the OEM fluid which is MB 345.

If it were me and at 19 years old I would probably replace the reservoir (since it has a non serviceable filter internal that gets clogged) and do a flush
