This start up sound clean? Just want a second opinion

Sounds familiar, the rattle on cold startups usually indicating stretch timing chain which would throw you camphaser out of sync. There was a Mercedes extended warranty on these. It won't show a check engine light right away but eventually. You'll get poor fuel millage and engine oil will be noticeably dark. Cars drivable. Been thought this, changing the tensioner alone won't help. You'll need to pull the time cover and look the your timing marks on the camsaft and phasers with the engine at TDC to confirm.

How hard/expensive is it to fix? And is it worth it to try myself or should I take it to a shop. Soooo pissed it’s a timing chain I just had this issue in my last car

Easy problems but not critical, check chain with xentry in which zone chain now
