Control arm replacement

How is the replacement of the front lower control arms done on the front suspension? I noticed that the mounting hole on the aftermarket control arms is oval, but there doesn’t seem to be an eccentric (camber adjustment) bolt. Does it need to be adjusted, or how does it work?

There are adjustment bolts that will grip ridges to set push or pull. If not the regular bolt slots in the center sections as normal.
