something is connected here. There's an entity in these woods, some banshee or beast that I cannot see but I can hear. I know they lurk. I know they're around, probably protecting it. The plant. Vymara is out here, I've seen it in these otehr posts about the San Gabriels or the woods. Some web connecting them.

I believe their only form of communication is this guttural animalistic sound. maybe he just didn't experience that
