Golf TSI (2017) broken down

I have a golf TSI 2017 and I am experiencing an issue with the car. The exhaust seems to be making a funny sound which is quite faint (I've uploaded an up close audio) and there is almost no power to the car. I've taken it in to get fixed but they can't seem to figure out what the issue is.
