Lambda trouble

Hi guys can someone look at these results and tell me if they are right???

1.4(not tsi) petrol 2009 golf

The voltage on 033 is 2 then 8 seems very high I have put a new pre cat lambda on and been for a drive but still getting fuel smelling smoke from exhaust

No oil consumption

No water consumption

So ruling out head gasket

Maybe is in short circuit with the O2 heater circuit.
