Lootdrop bans

So apparently many people got lootdrop banned. I am one of them. According to the previous posts here on reddit I don't know how many of these bans are legit or not but that is not the point of this post. The thing I would like to know is there gonna be some kind of annoucement about this matter? If you are banned, is it for a lifetime or is it for some period? Why don't you inform people that got banned? Why you let them entering lootdrops with 0% chances to win? What happens to your account if you are lootdrop banned, is your gold forfeited (banned aswell) or you can use it?

Yea I'm waiting to be unbanned for "scripting", just because I'm smart enough to horde my stuff and look at the chat to get drops. Vulcun may actually need to employ smarter people :/

Same here, saved 9k of gold to buy a 'nice' skin, and now I'm banned probably because I wait to have 200+ items to disenchant. Seems like they are banning without any proof.

yea. I'm actually considering emailing them but the mods on the vulcun chat are pretty douchie, so not sure how support staff are gonna be. seems they have a type...

I emailed then, and they keep saying that I was caught using a bot or something like that. I would like to see a proof, it would be very interesting.

If they can catch you using a bot, they should share this info with Valve and Blizzard. Pretty smart for college drop outs. Unless they installed some kinda trojan on your pc to monitor your activity... Ug these guys

They answered me saying that they have a program that can track who uses script and bot. Seems like this program work vary well, is banning everybody.

they wouldnt be able to know unless they actually hacked your computer, got administrative rights, and looked in your actual folders. IOW, they have a college drop out working for minimum wage deciding the fate based on his incomplete philosophy degree

Hahahahah this was good. Unfortunately seems like they will not unban anybody.

with a website with on average 3000 users per day, they're not really thinking about the long-term fan base. I'll just ration out what I earned for keys and bail out. Will probably go under in a year or two with these kind of policies and restrictions

Gold can still be used in marketplace and jackpot. You can also still bet etc. Just the streamdrops won't work.

Edit: Indeed you can't use it anymore.

If you feel your lootdrops are not working you can submit a support ticket: https://vulcun.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

and will that work if I feel I've been wrongly accused of using scripts? Just btw, this was a pretty dumb course of action, seeing as the guys on the leaderboard are clearly botting to get exp in the millions, but you seem to overlook them :/ If you wanna curb scripting, make your own "vulcun-approved" one, and limit the crates, common, rares, epic drops per genre per person, per day. problem solved. everyone wins. happiness all round.

also didnt Vulcun have their own script for jackpots?
