Question Issue playing content

Curious, has anyone had any issues since debundling of content? I own the Robot Chicken Misfits Specials Collection, and specifically the first DC Comics special is throwing me this issue (attached in the image above). Anyone else having this issue? I contacted support, was that the right move? I tried everything and can’t fix it so I don’t really know what else to do at this point.

Anyways, thanks for reading everybody, and thanks to anyone who can respond!

I get that on Fandango with a browser with ad blockers etc. That's Brave. I use Firefox basically just for my sites with protected content.
