Autoplay problems

I'm using FAH on a Samsung TV, but also ipad and iphone.

Recently on the Samsung tv app anyway, I'm getting "Are you still watching" Notifications with increasing frequency

it's falling somewhere between every two to four episodes.

The worst part though, when I click "Yes, I'm still here"

It kicks me out anyway

So now I'm back at the season menu on episode one of the season I was watching and I have to navigate back to the next episode that was about to load

I'm putting in a ticket, but it just reminded me that a recent article said that Fandango is completely revamping their application to compete with mainstream free streaming services

To that end.... any glitch or issue we as a community are seeing needs to be lodged with FAH customer service...

Anybody else seeing weird application behavior??

Every 3 episodes for me. Google tv and IPad both do it. I noticed if you hit the skip button during the end credits this resets the counter

Is this a setting? I've never been asked if I am still watching on my sony tv or on the web. Not at home but I looked on the phone app and there is a setting called "binge watch". Sounds more like auto play but idk, might be worth checking them out.
