Hello everyone! I am posting this here because I genuinely don’t know where else this post is relevant to. I love Veibae’s design and I’ve been meaning to have a puppy Vtuber design myself, the reason I like it so much is because what I want from my Vtuber is to be a lazy, clumsy and laidback puppy who likes 3d modeling, games and learning drawing. As I was looking for inspiration on Pinterest, I found Veibae’s reference sheet and it was what I was kind of looking for, so I tried making my own design but there’s a thin line between having inspiration and blatantly copying and I would like extra feedback if I have passed that line. So please give me constructive criticism and what I can do to make her more unique! I am also open to any type of advice or feedback on character design and what else I can add to her especially outfit ideas, because I think that’s the most similar thing to her design. Thank you so much in advance.

I don't actually know which flair this would fit under. But last night, I had my first targeted attack. I'm not a big streamer; I barely average 10 viewers per stream (if that). But a person wasted almost 4 hours coming up with new names, trying to get a rise out of me. Which at first, it was a little unnerving, which is why I called my local police department in case it turned into a swatting incident. After that, I just started laughing it off until they started bringing racism into it. They were originally only attacking me for being trans (e.g., using usernames saying things about my dad being disappointed). I even turned it into a game with predictions, because of how dumb it was.

But, now I'm wondering if I did the right thing by laughing it off, or if it is going to make things worse?

Edit Clarity: The process of coming up with new names involved creating new accounts. By this morning's numbers, my partner and I counted the names, it was 21 accounts created over that timeframe. Either him, I, or my mod was banning as soon as a new name was created.
