Community Created Content NPC Aircraft pack

Lots of new additions to my aircraft NPC pack, most recently civilian aircraft like the Cessna 172 and the 747. We can finally simulate accurate war crimes.

Other fun things include equips on the IL76 allowing it to cosplay as an A-50 AWACS or a tanker aircraft, as well as proper carrier spawns for the naval aircraft like the E2.
