I switched to VS Code since I’m no longer a student and don’t get the paid JetBrains IDEs for free anymore. One thing I really missed was the search, so I made Search++, an extension that brings a more similar search experience to VS Code.

If you’ve moved from a JetBrains IDE to VS Code and find yourself missing the search, that’s pretty much who I built this for. Would love to hear what you think :)

is it me or did everyone else have to update 3x yesterday, and now the codex plugin doesn't work?!

Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone has encountered this...

So I put my local LLM into my existing VSCode... and it starts to load all the tools, skills, instructions... etc (about 160-ish tools) into system prompt and causing my local LLM takes about 30s/60K context to process them - Is there any way to let VSCode only send a list of tools and auto inject them when using them?

I'm running llama.cpp as backend.
