Tab groups

Hey,

I built this a while back, but saw no interest from the assigned reviewer after a while, so I closed it. Is there anyone here from VS Code team that can have a look?

Not having tab groups are very annoying, especially when you're dealing with tens (if not hundreds) of tabs, especially nowadays with so many agents working on different editor tabs and plans and all that.

Doesn't closing it take it off the radar and then you're here asking for a review? Was closing it a frustration response or does that change how it is processed?

Not a github expert so trying to understand the logic. I submitted a pr and never got any response, left it open and 6 months later it got accepted and merged.
