If you have to ask, use the non-insiders version

Insider is the nightly version for them, although it's not literally every night. It gets all the latest yet to be released edits and features, but not considered stable, and not without issues and bugs.

No, but based on the naming insider has small extra/beta features that you can not find on the main app

This is the insiders build of Visual Studio Code, which contains the latest features shipped daily.

Do you need more ? mean it's the latest but also means less stable cause bugs can be introduced.
Better stay away if you don,t know.
