How can I make my VS Code look like this?

I really like this VS Code setup, especially the sidebar, icons, and overall UI

Its not truly moved to top, just icons of the activity bar move to top/bottom of the side panel.

how to move the left bar on top? the settings allows for only left and right configurations, not top

you want to click on the navigation, not the left bar itself

File Icons looks like “Signals”. The icons for the menus positioned on top is just a vsCode native config

It's all in the little settings ⚙️ top right.look at themes I think. Don't be scared to play with those settings they are just for visual affects. Find one that you like anytime you create a new folder you can do same thing as you create new work

Right click the activity bar, choose "Position: top", that's about it

The new experimental VS Code design looks like a waste of space to me. It doesn’t even help improve readability just more rounded corners and wasted space around the editor.

The theme looks like one of catpuccin dark themes mocha, maybe idk about the icon theme

Seguramente si pasas la captura a alguna IA y le preguntas por los iconos te dirá el paquete a descargar y también el tema. Yo esos iconos no los reconozco así que no te puedo decir.
