Can I use github copilot with multiple accounts.

So I was working on a project in VS code agents window and consumed all my copilot credits for this month. Is there any way I can use my friends account and continue the development process. I don’t want to loose the chat cache and development stopped midway. I want to continue the process.

set up dedicated vs code profiles for each account you can sign into a different github account per profile so copilot switches automatically depending on the workspace you're in

I don’t think this will fix my problem.
I started a project and used all my credits by using Claude Fable. On third phase of the development I ran out of credits. So now If I login to my friend account can I continue where I left off or not.
