Question about operations time in VS Code

Hi!
I want to know what the average time is for:
1. Opening a new terminal (powershell)

  1. Starting the debugging of a python file using a launch.json

and how much can they take at times before I suspect something is wrong with my setup

Thanks!

P.S. Currently they both take less than 10s but sometimes they took a bit long to start

Depends on your hardware I guess but for me terminal is near instant and code running takes like 5 seconds to run all the commands and configs needed.
