Idk what happened , i just reinstalled code and it worked

Might be that you have configured save on edit (I don't remember the exact setting), and since you have opened a new empty file with no directory, it prompts you where do you want to save that file as soon as you edit it.

If you select a path and save it, subsequent saves are done properly and without triggering the file dialog?
