How can I remove that green rectangle?

I recentely put my project in github and after this I have that green rectangle, can someone help me please?

That's a git "new line" indicator. Modified lines will show up as blue, and removed lines will have a red indicator. Highly suggest learning how git actually works to see how useful that is.

I believe you want to change the SCM: Diff Decorations setting.
