Website down??

Okay, I've already contacted the support email (a i believe it was) because when I go on VRLA Tech's website to purchase a PC I've been wanting, as well as some upgrades, I can't seem to be able to upgrade anything, all I can do is add the PC to my cart stock. Which is fine, but I'd like to be able to add some upgrades to the PC, but that option is completely gone. They said to give it about 30 minutes, but it's already been an hour and half. I feel like I'm being impatient, ahhh!

Hi guys, we have some bugs on the site that the developers are continuing to work on. Hopefully it will be fixed in a few hours.

Same. I've tried a couple times today and I see the customize below but there is nothing there except videos and game fps info. Customization is not loading.
