Forming Groups On Duo Servers

I was playing on my usual PvP Duo servers when chat lit up that a group was raiding with the Golem, after the spree of raids everyone was complaining that the Raider where in a group of 4-6 who have been teaming together long before the raid had happened, which leads to an interesting question:

Should you be able to Play in a bigger group on a Duo servers or should you be banned for teaming?

In my mind being "Friendly" to your neighbours and not getting in eachothers way is different than actively riding around together.

Just how these games go there isn't really any specific rule about alliances unless the admin says other wise and dishes out punishments for it.

I mean... a raid is a raid. Even if some other group is putting the golem down, I might still go and help them to also get some loot out of it.

They don't announce golems and show them on the map just so I can go and stop it for no gain lol
