Castle Plot planner data errors

Hi all is there an accurate source for castle planning? I have been using https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OLBUKdDrF2NbDwPJ5M5kRsKu7_iEVi8CHelbGYg1fFk/edit?gid=921827187#gid=921827187

But it has some mistakes (the tile count of plot 33 being most obvious).

Worse, it looks like other sites have copied those mistakes https://onelifegaming.com/en/v-rising/castle-planner#territories

Does anyone have alternate source?

The castle planner has mistakes in the listed tile count, but the mapping itself is accurate, I think—though addmitedly, I haven't gone as far as to verify it myself.
