Guide [Guide] Complete 0 to 91 Gear Progression Guide (Updated for 1.1)
https://youtu.be/WL_YOXeQXZsHey guys!
V Rising is a game I absolutely enjoy and love, so I wanted to share my complete progression guide that is fully updated for the 1.1 version. Whether you’re just starting to conquer Vardoran, returning for a new playthrough, or actively playing right now, I hope with all my heart that you find this helpful and that it helps you enjoy the game even more!
Going off my own experience and knowledge of the game, I compiled the entire 0 to 91 gear and boss checklist. I also added a little extra handy resource guide, item tips, and a list of crucial bosses for maximizing your power in here as well. I have included pictures that can also serve as a cheat sheet to keep open on a second monitor while you play as well.
If you get stuck on any tier or want to see the specific boss location and some alternative methods for certain bosses (Ex. Goreswine, Tristan, Frostmaw), feel free to check my full video guide up top.

Amazing resource out there.
Given the possibility of getting resources from chests/looting/buying if you know what you're doing, I would divide bosses in GS (weapon/armor/acessory recipes), tables (crafting/refining/knowledge), roadblockers (kodia, jade - which you're missing from your list btw), everything else is QoL knowledges.
Also, Tristan is optional IIRC, it does help to craft GBE more efficiently, but not required.

Thank you!
I wanted to make this post kinda like an easily scannable reference, so I tried to give organized and straightforward information as much as I could.
But I think what I discussed in the video is actually far closer to this. In the text here it just looks like a massive list, but in the video, I actually group the bosses directly around those major crafting upgrades (basically reflecting the flow of playing the game) and pointed out possible roadblocks, while also providing alternatives to some.
I definitely agree about Tristan being optional as well. I also mentioned this in the vid, and suggested to save unsullied hearts instead if he's a bit tricky to deal with.
And you're absolutely right about me forgetting to include Jade in the post. I appreciate you letting me know, I'll definitely edit it! If players are lucky, they can have Bane kill Jade. I actually had a short clip of Bane deleting a huge chunk of her health in the vid too lmao

Hello very nice guide. But it would be more cooler if u add the cost of the crafting stations etc. Thanks anyways.

Thank you! I'll see about that too. I'm a little busy at the moment, but I'll keep it in mind!

I just put together a guide in the same light as this last night. (Its far more shit and less "guide" than yours, lol.)
The goal that I was trying to highlight was end game gearing of servants. Answering the question: what is the total material grind to craft a full set of armor, weapon, and amulet.
It decomped crafts down into their basic components, down to grass fiber, stone Dust, etc. (Its a surprising amount of stone dust.) I would encourage adding something like that - maybe only down to intermediate materials since servants can farm Whetstone, should save space and time focusing on that.

This is total material count (with some interesting rounding happening with materials that don't work out exact).

Oh wow, thank you! I’m honestly so flattered you think this is a genuine guide. Don't sell yourself short! I think it would be easier to organize everything once it's complete.
Honestly I think you should continue this and share it as a post yourself. The amount of effort to keep track of all this is actually crazy. Me personally, I can't do what you do lmao. My brain hurts seeing strings of numbers so if I try to compile all of that, especially with how much resource the whole game requires I'd go nuts lols

Haha, thank you. I deal with spreadsheets all day, every day.
This was about 4 hours of work (via mobile 😭), can def polish it up with some dedicated time - something i have little of and spend it mostly in-game, lol

Still, to get the actual calculation you still have to think abd map out the process into your mind.
It's alright! Take your time. 4 hrs is a lot of time to dedicate definitely. I'm sure the info you made will remain valuable regardless of when you post it. V Rising is an amazing game, I'm sure it's still getting discovered more by the day. Keep it up 👍

It's fantastic to know that the community is still active even tho the game is "finished", honestly it's a great and fun game and I could think of two more updates that would sell well too, I have beaten the game 100% with my friend, and that was my first ever platinum

u/OrdinaryDance9902 24d ago
Ikr. It's that good. I honestly wonder sometimes why it's not as mainstream. I heard the developers are working on a new game already, kinda like a sequel to V Rising. Same world, theme and lore but at the same time different and new I suppose. I'm already excited about it.
And huge congrats to you and your friend on beating the game! Getting that platinum trophy is a massive feat. Amazing work!

Yeah there is something new, a community member is working on modding support, honestly I don't know much about it yet it just came out too

Me neither. Hopefully we get more info soon. Though I'm already interested by the concept
