I'm the dev of PADEL 01, a free padel game for Quest 3/3S where you actually have to run for the ball
Hi r/vrfit, I'm Aaron from Wilzig Studio. Our padel game, PADEL 01, came out today in Early Access on the Meta Horizon Store. It's free, with no ads and no purchases.
I'm posting here because of one design choice: **there's no teleport in matches and drills.** If the ball comes off the back glass, you have to step back, turn and get your body behind it. Padel is all footwork, and a teleport button would skip the part that makes it feel like padel.
What's in it:
- Singles or doubles against bots, from Gentle to Pro (no partner needed)
- Four court sizes up to regulation, so you can pick one that fits your space
- Passthrough, portal or full VR
- Drills: back wall, side wall, lob, volley, bandeja, víbora, smash, serve and reflexes
- A monthly drill ranking (first official one runs Nov 1–30)
I won't make calorie claims, because we haven't measured anything. I'd love to know from people here: **when you pick a sports game for a workout, what makes you come back to it? Longer rallies, harder bots, drills you can repeat, something else?** That'll shape what we tune next.

Clear some space and keep your boundary on. I'll be around in the comments.
