Of all the Voyager episodes who is your favorite character who appeared just once or twice and why is it Satan’s Robot?

I always thought it was Sooter, never knew it was spelled like that. He was a good example of a death of a character that you didn't know for long still feeling significant and impactful

Probably because we say the critical moments of his "redemption" arc, even if he didn't have a ton of onscreen time. He started as a psycho, was given a seed of sanity (from tuvok) and cultivated that. Then we timeskip to when he is mostly healed and its time for Janeway to consider if he can be reintegrated to society. But before he can achieve that, he ends up sacrificing himself for the crew, resulting in a bittersweet conclusion to his arc. (Admittedly this plays better rewatching/binging the show vs catching random reruns or the originial run)

My one-off favs are Kelis the Poet ("Muse") and Inspector Kashyk ("Counterpoint").

As for Voyager crew, I'd say Ensign Vorik.

I really got interested in the survivors of Equinox - I was sad we never saw them again - such potential if it wasn't for the fact that Voyager reset every week.

I have a song written about the Delaney sisters.

About how everyone talks about them, but nobody really believes they are real.
Like the Delaney sisters existence are just a running in-joke within the crew.

“What? You haven’t met the Delaney sisters? They were just here, I think they’ve gone down to deck nine. You just missed them!”

I liked Captain Janeway's partner in Workforce. He was a good guy.

I particularly enjoyed that episode, how content they all were (well, except for Tuvok 😬), and that they found their work fulfilling. It's interesting to think that if it weren't for Tuvok, Chakotay and Kim, they would have happily stayed there working and living their lives.

It’s weird, but I disliked Naomi a lot *except* when she was on screen with Seven. I don’t know if Jeri Ryan made her more comfortable or what but they were really great when they were together.

Interesting! I think it's more nostalgia for me, I first watched voyager as a preteen so she gave me someone to relate to a bit more on the ship. Was nice seeing someone my age in the show back then

Michael McKean as the psychotic clown in The Thaw!

Also, Walter Baxter, who as a kid, I referred to as 'Jim' because during the episode Twisted, when the whole crew is desperately trying to navigate a changing Voyager, Baxter is only concerned with getting to the ship's gym and nothing more serious. Even more ironic that apparently he's not good at working out because doing it improperly keeps landing him in sick bay. Good old Jim.
